Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining appropriate human oversight.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Service providers and subprocessors

Providers that help us operate infrastructure, authentication, communications, monitoring, AI functionality, support, analytics, and other parts of the Services.

These providers process information only for authorized purposes and are subject to appropriate contractual obligations.

Customer-authorized integrations

Where a customer instructs Hatch’d to connect to or exchange information with another service.

Professional advisers

Lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and similar professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

Hatch’d does not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models unless expressly disclosed and agreed otherwise.

Where third-party AI providers process Customer Data on our behalf, we select and configure providers with the goal of preventing Customer Data from being used to train their general-purpose models.

This statement should be read together with any applicable customer agreement or Data Processing Addendum.

Where Hatch’d acts solely on behalf of a customer, that customer determines the purpose of the processing.

Hatch’d is a business service and is not directed to children.
